Overview
The opening view avoids a metric-card wall. Instead it shows the current stage mix, geo mix, and how complete the firmographic coverage is across the scoped list.
Stage mix
Where the active pipeline is concentrated right now.
Geo mix
Geography by company HQ cluster.
Coverage
How much of the scoped set has the core commercial and firmographic fields filled.
Largest segment positions
The three segments carrying the most active companies.
| Microsegment | Companies | Share | Dominant stage |

Microsegment analysis
The ranked table on the left acts as the index into the portfolio. Click any segment row to refresh the detail pane with stage placement, subsegment mix, geography, and the underlying company list.
Segment leaderboard
Company count, share of pipeline, dominant stage, top subsegment, and primary geo anchor.

Segment detail
Selected segment breakdown.
Segment signals
These additions focus on two questions the base matrices do not answer cleanly: which microsegments are actually moving, and where the ARR density sits inside the active list.
Progression by microsegment
Each row shows how much of the segment has moved past initial outreach, into demo, and into POC or evaluation.
ARR concentration by microsegment
Estimated ARR totals and medians, using only rows where estimated ARR is populated.
Cross-cuts
These matrices show how the segment map behaves against stage progression, geography, and the size-versus-ARR profile of the accounts in scope.
Microsegment by stage
Counts by segment and current pipeline stage.
Microsegment by geography
Where each segment is concentrated geographically.
Size by ARR
The current firmographic shape of the active list.
